MOSCOW, December 7. /TASS/. Russia’s budget deficit has dropped to 0.3% of GDP, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said Thursday.

“In nine months, slightly more than 11 trillion rubles ($185 bln) were spent, expenditure execution is roughly in line with the average level of recent years, while budget deficit has dropped considerably,” he said, adding that now Russia’s budget deficit “stands at around 220 bln rubles ($3.7 bln), or 0.3% of GDP.”.
